Do I need to book in advance?
Yes, we prefer advance bookings so we can give you our full attention and ensure the highest quality of service. The fastest way is our online booking system, where you can see available times instantly.
How do you handle hygiene and sterilisation?
Hygiene is our absolute priority. All metal tools go through a two-step sterilisation: first thorough disinfection, then sterilisation in a hot-air steriliser. Files and other consumables are always single-use. This lets us guarantee maximum safety, cleanliness and comfort during every treatment.
How long will my manicure last?
Thanks to our technique and the use of premium materials, a manicure lasts 3–4 weeks. The result stays neat for a long time, with no visible lifting.
I have sensitive eyes / skin – is that a problem?
Not at all. We work with high-quality hypoallergenic materials suitable even for sensitive skin and eyes. If you have any specific allergy or heightened sensitivity, please let us know in advance or at the start of the treatment – we will choose the gentlest approach for you.
